Es el motor clave para la toma de decisiones basada en datos. Encargado de analizar, interpretar y transformar el desempeño de todas las campañas de marketing, canales de venta y conversiones en insights estratégicos y accionables. Este rol es fundamental para optimizar la inversión, impulsar el crecimiento y asegurar la máxima eficiencia en el performance digital y comercial.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Supervisar y centralizar el análisis de toda la data de performance a través de múltiples canales.
  • Identificar tendencias, patrones y anomalías significativas en los datos para generar insights que respondan a las preguntas de negocio más críticas.
  • Determinar a través del análisis de información qué funciona y qué no funciona en las campañas de marketing, canales de adquisición y funnels de venta, comunicando claramente las causas y efectos.
  • Analizar en detalle el desempeño de las campañas (Paid Media, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.), centrándose en métricas clave como Clics, Impresiones, CTR, Costo por Adquisición (CPA) y Retorno de la Inversión (ROI).
  • Desarrollar modelos de atribución y análisis de path-to-conversion para entender el verdadero valor de cada punto de contacto con el cliente.
  • Proponer y ejecutar pruebas A/B y experimentos para optimizar continuamente el performance y la tasa de conversión.
  • Profundo conocimiento en optimización de la Tasa de Conversión (CRO).
  • Crear y mantener dashboards de performance claros, precisos y automatizados para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Presentar los resultados de los análisis de forma concisa y orientada a la acción a equipos de marketing, ventas y liderazgo ejecutivo.
  • Traducir métricas complejas en recomendaciones de negocio sencillas y cuantificables.

Requisitos del Candidato

  • Experiencia: Más de 6 años de experiencia en roles de Data Analytics, Business Intelligence o Estrategia de Negocio, preferiblemente en entornos de alto crecimiento (e-commerce o tecnología).
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas para
