Bank Analyst

Evaluate the banking aspects within the organizational structure. Through meticulous analysis and rigorous compliance controls, this function ensures the accurate and timely recording of all transactions related to bank accounts. With the aim of contributing to the financial stability of the organization and guaranteeing the operational efficiency of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conciliate bank statements with the general ledger and accurately record required transactions to maintain the accuracy of financial data and effectively resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide detailed reports on cash status, bank transactions, and other relevant indicators with the objective of visualizing the status of bank transactions and facilitating liquidity management.
  • Ensure that all transactions within assigned processes comply with internal policies and local and international regulations, in order to mitigate risks and ensure that the organization operates within legal and ethical parameters.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, with the aim of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving better resource utilization.
  • Execute the activities corresponding to the monthly financial close, focused on cash and bank operations. This ensures that all financial postings are made in a timely and accurate manner, which is crucial for the overall financial reporting process.

Requirements:

  • Final semester student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience in financial or accounting roles.
  • English B2

    $3,000,000 COP. + Monthly language bonus equivalent to $517,000 COP

Analista de Bancos

Evaluar los aspectos bancarios dentro de la estructura organizacional. Mediante un análisis minucioso y rigurosos controles de cumplimiento, esta función asegura el registro preciso y oportuno de todas las transacciones relacionadas con las cuentas bancarias. Con el fin de contribuir a la estabilidad financiera de la organización y garantizar la eficiencia operativa del proceso.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Conciliar estados de cuenta bancarios con el libro mayor y registrar las transacciones requeridas de manera precisa para mantener la exactitud de los datos financieros y resolver discrepancias de manera efectiva.
  • Proporcionar informes detallados sobre el estado del efectivo, las transacciones bancarias y otros indicadores relevantes con el objetivo de visualizar el estado de las transacciones de los bancos y facilitar la gestión de la liquidez
  • Garantizar que todas las transacciones dentro de los procesos asignados cumplan con las políticas internas y las regulaciones locales e internacionales, con el fin de mitigar riesgos y asegurar que la organización opere dentro de los parámetros legales y éticos.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar y automatizar los procesos, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia operativa, reducir costos y lograr una mejor utilización de los recursos.
  • Ejecutar las actividades correspondientes al cierre financiero mensual, enfocadas en las operaciones de efectivo y bancos. Esto garantiza que todas las publicaciones financieras se realicen de manera puntual y precisa, lo cual es crucial para el proceso general de informes financieros

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante de últimos semestre en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • 1 año de experiencia en roles financieros o contables.
  • Inglés B2
