OMNICOMMANDER is the industry leader for digital branches, marketing, and cybersecurity, along with providing a comprehensive suite of digital solutions for financial institutions (FIs). For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. The Sr. Fullstack Developer is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Bogotá, Colombia office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using React/TypeScript, C#, Python, Rust, or similar modern languages.

  • Partner with engineering leadership on software architecture, system design, and technical direction.

  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals.

  • Implement and advocate for secure coding practices and SOC 2-ready development standards.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices using GitHub and AWS.

  • Lead complex technical initiatives and mentor mid-level developers through peer reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

  • Work closely with leadership to improve engineering processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Help evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools to enhance product capabilities.

  • Contribute to engineering metrics, documentation, and postmortems to drive continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8–10 years of professional software development experience, ideally in fintech or enterprise SaaS.

  • Advanced proficiency in modern web technologies: React-Redux, TypeScript, , C#, and/or Python.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and cloud-native principles.

  • Proven experience with AWS services, containerization (Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, and integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs.

  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR) preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a passion for clean, maintainable code.

  • B2-level English proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience mentoring others, leading technical discussions, and influencing architectural decisions.

  • Familiarity with and AI-powered dev tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Bedrock, Copilot) is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required.
