As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information across multiple channels. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining detailed records, collaborating with internal teams, and building long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, shipment updates, and issue resolution.
  • Provide real-time updates on shipment status and proactively communicate any delays, exceptions, or service disruptions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Track & Trace, Carrier Sales, and Invoicing teams to ensure smooth and efficient service execution.
  • Monitor delivery performance and follow up with carriers or internal teams to address service failures or operational exceptions.
  • Assist with shipment documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and invoices when necessary.
  • Support escalation processes by tracking and resolving issues until full customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, consistently representing the company's values and dedication to service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in customer service with inbound and outbound calls. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is a plus.
  • Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
