Bridal Consultant

Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a full time Bridal Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and sales. You will be helping our customers plan our their bridal florals. Consultations happen via video, or via phone.

What will you be doing?

• Primarily meeting customers and helping them plan florals for their wedding.
• Answering customer questions via email, sms, phone, and other channels. You should be comfortable taking phone calls, and making phone calls.
• Outbound sales calls to existing customers.
• Other tasks related to improving the customer experience, like conducting customer research.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Passion for service and creating a wonderful Customer Experience
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
• Genuine passion for helping customers learn about our products.
• A background in sales or customer service.
