Descripción De Puesto
This positon monitors, measures and communicates fraud exposure and potential risks to minimize fraud through investigating suspicious use of UPS products, processes and services. He/she provides direction and support, documents processes and procedures of Fraud Mitigation Team activity and communicates customer needs plus possessing strong communication, organization, planning and problem solving skills. Performs other tasks as requested.
