Descripción del Puesto: Transition Project Lead

Propósito del Cargo

Brindar apoyo al Project Manager en la ejecución del proyecto de transición, asegurando que los cambios se implementen de manera eficiente y alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las diferentes etapas del proyecto de transición.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para garantizar que los recursos y actividades estén alineados con el plan de transición.
  • Documentar y reportar el progreso del proyecto, identificando riesgos o desviaciones.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre las áreas involucradas, asegurando el flujo de información necesario para una transición fluida.
  • Definir y documentar procesos y procedimientos relacionados con la transición.
  • Implementar y monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para medir el éxito del proyecto.
  • Participar en actividades de gestión del cambio, incluyendo capacitación y soporte a los equipos impactados.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de procesos financieros o administrativos.
  • Habilidades analíticas, proactividad y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a cambios.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas de oficina (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
