About the Role
As a Mid–Senior HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting both HR operations and office coordination. You'll partner closely with HR Business Partners, manage employee lifecycle processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
While this is a remote-first position, we're prioritizing candidates based in Medellín who can occasionally participate in on-site initiatives, team events, and local HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Support new hires through integration, orientation, and follow-up check-ins
- HR Projects & Operations
- Collaborate on HR initiatives, events, and policy improvements
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee records, and compliance with labor laws
- Manage benefits, employee relations, and administrative updates
- Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, vendors, and logistics
- Organize on-site and virtual events
- Manage office budgets and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
- Survey & Data Analysis
- Support employee engagement surveys and feedback cycles
- Compile HR reports and metrics for decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years as an HR Generalist or HR Assistant (ideally in a multinational or tech environment)
- Experience collaborating with teams across LATAM, Europe, and the US
- Solid understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Fluent Spanish and Upper-Intermediate English
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Google Workspace
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote environment
