Role Overview
As an
AI Automation Specialist
, you'll design, build, and optimize
end-to-end automation systems
that power our marketing, sales, and creative operations.
You'll work across tools like
Make, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI, and Airtable
, connecting data, workflows, and channels into seamless, intelligent loops.
Your goal: make marketing run itself — smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
What You'll Do1. Flow Design & Automation Architecture
- Build and maintain
automated workflows
across CRM, media, analytics, and creative tools (HubSpot, Meta, Google Ads, Slack, Airtable, etc.). - Integrate APIs and AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace) into workflows to enhance decision-making and content generation.
- Document all automations in modular, scalable templates for reuse across teams and clients.
2. AI Systems Development
- Design AI agents and copilots to handle repetitive or data-heavy tasks (reporting, creative testing, campaign setup).
- Fine-tune and prompt-train LLMs for internal tools like
brief generators, creative analysis bots, and data interpreters
. - Collaborate with developers and media leads to integrate AI outputs directly into campaign management platforms.
3. Process Optimization
- Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and rebuild them as
automated, measurable processes
. - Monitor efficiency metrics (time saved, error reduction, response time) and iterate continuously.
- Implement approval logic, fallback actions, and data validation to ensure flow reliability.
4. Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with the Performance, Creative, and Operations teams to automate their high-friction workflows.
- Train teammates on automation tools and best practices.
- Build internal documentation and a
centralized automation library
for the agency.
What You'll Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience in automation, AI systems, or workflow design.
- Proficiency with tools like
Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Google Cloud Functions, or Python
. - Familiarity with
OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM frameworks
. - Understanding of marketing and creative operations — ability to translate business needs into automated systems.
- A mindset of iteration, experimentation, and scalability.
- Strong documentation habits and obsession with clean, efficient system design.
