Reportando a la Gerencia General, tiene como propósito:

  • Acompañar a la Gerencia General en la implementación de la estrategia corporativa, garantizando que las áreas cumplan sus metas, optimicen procesos y mantengan la operación alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

  • Supervisar y articular el trabajo entre operaciones, finanzas, comercial, logística y talento humano para asegurar fluidez en la operación, resolución oportuna de obstáculos y cumplimiento de compromisos con clientes y proveedores.

  • Respaldar a la Gerencia en negociaciones estratégicas, seguimiento de cuentas relevantes y análisis de oportunidades de crecimiento. Asegurar que la experiencia del cliente sea consistente, sin asumir un rol completamente comercial.

  • Revisar KPIs de todas las áreas, identificar desviaciones, proponer acciones correctivas y liderar iniciativas de eficiencia, productividad y rentabilidad. Asegurar que los equipos trabajen con disciplina y enfoque en resultados.

Orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o afines, con experiencia liderando la ejecución de planes operativos y estratégicos, coordinando equipos inter-áreas y apoyando procesos comerciales de alto nivel. Se valorará contar con un nivel avanzado de inglés. Buscamos un perfil con alta orientación al servicio, excelentes habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo, seguimiento, proactividad, resolución de problemas y capacidad analítica, capaz de gestionar indicadores, asegurar la alineación operativa y contribuir al fortalecimiento de la relación con clientes clave.
