International Student Support Advisor

Job Description

Join Kaplan International and help shape global education. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to guide international students through their journey — from the first inquiry to successful enrolment at our pathway colleges in the UK and USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support students and their families on study options, accommodation, and the enrolment process.

  • Apply effective communication and sales techniques to help applicants accept their offers.

  • Achieve and exceed enrolment and conversion targets.

  • Collaborate with regional teams and visa advisors to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Record and maintain accurate communication details in

  • Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, meeting team and individual goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in peak periods.

  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.

  • Background as an international student or experience in the education sector.

  • Knowledge of UK or US visa processes.
