About the Role
We're looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy and execution. This is a senior, strategic role for an experienced leader who can craft a powerful brand narrative, drive measurable growth, and scale performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee all marketing functions: brand, content, digital, performance, and communications.
Design and execute go-to-market plans for new products, campaigns, and initiatives.
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through integrated channels.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
Measure and optimize marketing performance; own key KPIs and reporting.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams.
Maintain strong brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints.
Stay ahead of marketing trends, innovation, and competitive activity.
Represent the brand in events, media, and industry forums when needed.
Requirements
5+ years of senior marketing leadership experience with proven impact.
Background in B2B, Tech, SaaS, Fintech, or digital-first environments.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer journeys.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Must hold a valid U.S. visa (B1/B2 or work visa) if not U.S.-based.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving growth in international markets (U.S. & LatAm).
Strong performance marketing and analytics expertise.
Familiarity with CRM, automation, and digital ad platforms.
