Description:

This position is responsible for ensure the flawless execution of the Trade Marketing strategy at point of sale, guaranteeing timely reporting, 100% execution of seasonal product campaigns, and effective coordination between brands, agencies, customers, and internal commercial teams. Plays a critical part in maintaining operational continuity and excellence in in-store execution after commercial negotiations, acting as a key liaison between brands, agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship between the agency and the brand, ensuring operational alignment and avoiding any conflicts of interest (this role cannot be hired through an agency).

  • Define, analyze, and track promoters' KPIs on a weekly basis together with each KAM to maximize brand reach and performance.

  • Follow up with display and POP material suppliers, ensuring on-time and correct deliveries.

  • Execute the full Trade Marketing strategy across stores.

  • Coordinate with customers on trainings, activations, POP implementation, incentive plans, and additional display spaces.

  • Prepare, organize, and archive operational information, including the delivery of audiovisual materials.

  • Manage design requirements, corrections, and final validations with brands and/or customers (retailers and specialists).

  • Communicate promotional activities and prepare customer status and sales status reports, including collected data and visual support per promotion, product, and customer.

  • Coordinate and execute new promotions per customer and SKU together with the commercial team and publishers, including price analysis.

  • Coordinate with agencies on product launches or special in-store executions (POS), managing design requests, production, and logistics of POP materials.

Key responsabilities:

  • Timely and accurate reporting.

  • 100% execution of seasonal product campaigns.

  • Proper implementation of displays, POP materials, and in-store activations.

  • Continuous improvement and follow-up of promoters' KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or business administration required.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, supervision, point of sales and training.
  • Experience in video game or consumer electronics or Retail field.
  • General knowledge marketing, retail executions, sell in – sell thru and inventory management.
  • Superior written and verbal skills to facilitate the communication process - must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationship with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • The individual must be organized, creative, resourceful, strategic, and results oriented.
  • Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, forward planner, team player and must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) a must.
  • High project management skills, having interpersonal outstanding communications skills to influence and make things happen while participating in multidisciplinary teams with stressed timings.
  • Negotiation skills and interaction with external Communication Agencies: Give direction.

  • Strong practical command of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, simple macros).

  • Proven experience in point-of-sale execution.

  • Availability for on-site and field-based work.

  • Hands-on, field-driven profile with direct supplier and agency management experience.
