Role Overview

The UX/UI Designer will lead the design of web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experience across platforms. This role exists to transform complex product requirements into elegant design systems while maintaining consistency with brand expression. The position is highly cross-functional, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing user needs with business goals, and has a strong foundation in UX principles, interface design, and product thinking. Experience with animation, motion design, or brand experience is a plus.

Your Impact

• Deliver intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
• Streamline workflows by creating scalable design systems that improve efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Contribute to brand consistency across product interfaces, exploring motion and animation to elevate user engagement.

Core Responsibilities

UX/UI Leadership – 45%

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and app products.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver design solutions.

Product Design Execution – 35%

• Create and maintain scalable design systems.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product insights.
• Balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
• Support design implementation through collaboration with engineers.

Brand & Experience Enhancement – 20%

• Contribute to brand expression through product interfaces.
• Explore animation and motion design to improve user experience.
• Ensure visual consistency between brand and product experiences.

Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)

• Strong UX/UI design foundation with proven product experience.
• Experience designing for web and application-based products.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and execution.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• Experience with animation or motion design.
• Background in brand experience or visual storytelling.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.

Tools Proficiency

Must-Haves (Required):

• Design tools (Figma or similar)
• Prototyping tools
• Collaboration tools (Slack, design handoff tools)

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):

• Animation or motion design tools
• User research or testing platforms
