Overview:

Join our team as a Credit Analyst We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle basic validation tests, set up customers and vendors, and maintain accurate records in our Customer and Vendor Master Files (CMF/VMF). We want to hear from you if you're meticulous, organized, and have strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Customer Setup:
Conduct validation tests, create/amend CMF, and communicate decisions.

Customer Changes:
Review and process revisions, notify relevant parties, and maintain electronic records.

Customer Maintenance:
Run reports, verify data completeness, and conduct annual forensic testing.

New Vendor Setup:
Perform validation tests, notify stakeholders, create vendors, and update VMF.

Vendor Changes:
Review and process revisions, notify relevant parties, and maintain electronic records.

Vendor Maintenance:
Run reports, verify data completeness, and conduct annual forensic testing.

Skills/Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data validation processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with tax exemption certificates and taxpayer identification numbers.

Proficiency in web searches and registrations for company validation.

Experience in forensic testing procedures is a plus.

English Proficiency (B2+, C1).
