IT Desktop Support Technician
to join our growing team in Bogotá

As part of our
IT department
, you'll be the go-to person for technical support — helping our internal users stay connected, productive, and supported. If you're detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in collaborative environments, this is your chance to make an impact.

What would you do?

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals or escalating as needed.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure fast and effective solutions.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software.
  • Assist with user account management, permissions, and access.


What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in desktop or technical support.
  • Proficient with
    Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11
    (Windows Server 2008–2019 is a plus).
  • B1+ english proficiency
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and IT security concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bogotá.
  • Passion for learning, collaboration, and delivering great customer service.
