We are currently seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Medical Science Liaison at ICON, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clinical teams and healthcare professionals, providing expert medical and scientific support to advance our clinical research initiatives. Your role will be essential in building strong relationships and fostering collaboration with external stakeholders in the medical community.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to share insights and gather feedback on clinical studies and therapeutic areas.
• Providing scientific and medical expertise to support clinical trial initiatives, including training internal teams and participating in medical education activities.
• Communicating complex medical information and study results clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address medical and scientific questions arising from clinical research.
• Staying updated on industry trends, research developments, and regulatory changes to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; bachelor's degree in life sciences also acceptable.
• Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory guidelines, and therapeutic areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the medical and research community.
