We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

• Own end-to-end analyses to support Go-To-Market strategy and execution across Strategy & Revenue Operations (Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing), turning messy data into clear insights and actions.
• Build and maintain core GTM reporting and dashboards (e.g., lead and pipeline volume/quality, conversion by stage, velocity, cohort/vintage performance, AE capacity and productivity), ensuring definitions and logic are consistent and trusted.
• Translate analytics into decision-ready narratives by writing concise memos, building simple leadership decks, and clearly communicating recommendations to cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering).
• Develop forecasts and operating cadences (weekly/monthly) to track performance vs targets, flag risks early, and propose mitigation plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Support GTM process improvements across the system: document workflows, map funnel and lifecycle logic, standardize metrics, and help scale automation in Salesforce/CRM, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
• Manage multiple workstreams in parallel: align stakeholders, run working sessions, capture decisions, and drive follow-through from analysis to execution.
• Uphold high standards for clarity and rigor: define assumptions, validate data sources, and communicate trade-offs and uncertainty without over-polishing the story.

• Strong analytical toolkit: Google Sheets/Excel and SQL/BigQuery are must-haves.
• Nice to have: Python, Looker Studio, and Salesforce for advanced analytics or automation.
• Excellent communication skills: capable of transforming complex analyses into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between highly detailed, complex projects and fast-turnaround, pragmatic requests, knowing when to prioritize depth vs. speed.
• Structured thinker with a strong problem-solving approach and proven stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and ownership to drive results.
• Advanced English required.

This role is based in our Bogota office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That's why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) work from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
