Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Estimation Assistant at JJAS Door Installations, Inc. This person must be located in Pereira or the municipalities nearby. The Estimation Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and emails, form filling, and track leads and opportunities. The role also involves data analysis and research, and providing support to the Estimating team.

Qualifications

  • Newly graduated CAD Design, Civil Engineer and Architects are welcomed
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn.
  • B2 or higher
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Proficiency in data analysis and research
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Located near Pereira, Risaralda is a plus
