Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior QA Analyst located in Bogotá, D.C. The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing test cases, performing manual testing, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with development teams to ensure product requirements are met and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for identifying and addressing issues effectively
- Proficiency in designing, documenting, and executing accurate Test Cases
- Experience with Manual Testing techniques to evaluate and ensure software reliability
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for diagnosing and solving technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and processes is advantageous
