La posición de Product Stewardship & Reg Specialist Será responsable de desarrollar estrategias regulatorias de acuerdo con los inputs globales y las necesidades locales para asegurar el registro exitoso de los productos de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio.  Se espera una fuerte interacción con los organismos reguladores externos e internamente con los colegios reguladores y otras funciones en las organizaciones (ciencias de campo, servicio al cliente, marketing y ventas) tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

Actividades:

  • Garantizar el éxito de los registros de productos mediante la preparación y presentación a tiempo de expedientes de registro de alta calidad a las autoridades de los países de América Central y África del Norte.
  • Desarrollar e implementar las estrategias y planes regulatorios para los Productos de Protección de Cultivos, incluyendo la presentación y registro de nuevos productos y tecnologías y el mantenimiento y defensa de los productos existentes para asegurar el registro exitoso de los productos de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio.
  • Participar y cooperar en asociaciones industriales en representación de la empresa
  • Representar a Corteva en asociaciones industriales y participar y cooperar activamente en las asociaciones de los países.
  • Participar en los equipos funcionales pertinentes para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y proporcionar asesoramiento normativo oportuno y preciso a las funciones comerciales y de otro tipo.
  • Proporcionar comunicación específica con los departamentos comerciales, de la cadena alimentaria y de la cadena de suministro.
  • Comunicar actualizaciones periódicas de todos los cambios relativos a los plazos de registro y desafíos a los equipos funcionales cruzados.
  • Mantener un sólido conocimiento de las legislaciones y actividades que podrían afectar a las aprobaciones actuales o futuras de productos fitosanitarios.
  • Mantener relaciones sólidas y excelentes con las autoridades locales basadas en conocimientos técnicos.
  • Trabajar en la mejora continua de los procesos regulatorios centrándose en la productividad, la precisión y la rentabilidad.
  • Desarrollar y mejorar la red interfuncional tanto a nivel local como global.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura o graduación en agronomía, química, ingeniería química, ingeniería medioambiental, biología o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en el registro de productos fitosanitarios; igualmente importante es el entusiasmo por la política reguladora.
  • Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación, eficiente y bien organizado, con excelente atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos en paralelo.
  • Capacidad para escuchar con empatía y centrarse en el cliente.
  • Capacidad para formalizar y gestionar proyectos transversales
  • Automotivación para identificar y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y partes interesadas
  • Agilidad, proactividad y dinamismo son esenciales en una empresa internacional en crecimiento
  • Negociador eficaz con las autoridades reguladoras y experiencia en participación en asociaciones.
  • Dominio del inglés (hablado y escrito)
  • Actitud positiva, con un enfoque abierto al aprendizaje
  • Excelentes relaciones
