The Role:

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Actuar como anfitrión y presentador de juegos en línea en directo, interactuando con los jugadores con confianza, energía y profesionalidad.
  • Dirigir las sesiones de juego de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa, garantizando un desarrollo fluido, precisión y una experiencia agradable para los jugadores.
  • Mantener una presencia pulida ante la cámara, demostrando agilidad, concentración y adaptabilidad a lo largo de cada retransmisión.
  • Colaborar eficazmente con los miembros del equipo y la dirección en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.
  • Mejorar continuamente la calidad de la presentación, contribuyendo a crear un ambiente atractivo que fomente la retención y la satisfacción de los jugadores.
Ideal Profile:

REQUISITOS:

  • Dominio fluido del español a nivel nativo (C1), con gran competencia en la comunicación escrita.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para atraer y entretener a una audiencia en directo.
  • Comportamiento profesional, autodisciplina y actitud positiva en todas las circunstancias.
  • Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a través de la formación para cumplir con los estándares de rendimiento y calidad de la empresa.

Confianza para actuar ante la cámara y representar la marca de la empresa con entusiasmo y profesionalidad.
