Job Summary:

Responsible for planning HGF's monthly social media strategy, coordinating influencer and partnership campaigns, and identifying trends to expand reach. This position bridges creative planning and analytics, ensuring content aligns with HGF's mission and community goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Identify and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Research trends, audience behavior, and engagement opportunities.
  • Write creative briefs for campaign execution.
  • Support copywriting and visual direction for posts and reels.
  • Engage with external communities and accounts for visibility.
  • Analyze performance and provide post-campaign reports.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to align event promotion and campaigns.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist with additional team tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in social media planning or influencer marketing.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
  • Analytical mindset and trend awareness.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish).
