You will ensure client success by combining your hands-on approach and delegation.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of ecommerce PPC accounts,balancing in-depth strategic analysis for high-touch clients with efficient optimization practices for smaller accounts.Develop actionable diagnostics and focus on creating a prioritized list of worthwhile tactical optimizations for every account under your care.Manage and optimize high-performance Google Ads Shopping/P Max campaigns and product feeds.Manage and optimize Facebook campaigns with high ROI and A/B testingManage and optimize high converting TikTok campaignsConduct advanced keyword research to uncover actionable customer insights and expand targeting opportunities.Implement Smart Bidding strategies,Performance Max campaigns,and navigate other complex features to drive superior results.Analyze campaign data to uncover impactful insights,crafting compelling reports and presentations that drive tactical decision-making.Collaborate directly with clients to translate insights into actionable recommendations,earning their trust through concise explanations of complex PPC concepts and securing buy-in on the execution of those optimization strategies.Partner with internal teams on innovative optimization strategies,providing guidance and direction down to team members you delegate to.QualificationsC1-C2 English LevelAt least 4 years of proven paid search experience with an emphasis on ecommerce,agency experience preferred.Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads Shopping,keyword research,and feed optimization.Proficiency in Excel,data visualization tools,Google Analytics,and other relevant reporting platforms you're a data storyteller at heartOutstanding communication and presentation skills,both written and verbal - complex ideas become clear and concise in your hands.Ability to thrive in a remote environment and build rapport across digital channels.Current Google Ads Certifications in at least two specializations.Ideal Candidate ProfileBe Innovative:You're always seeking new,strategic ways to optimize campaigns.You bring a fresh perspective to challenges and embrace testing out-of-the-box solutions.Be Accountable:Your meticulous attention to detail,analytical mindset,and proactive problem-solving approach mean clients and colleagues can confidently rely on your work.Be Human:Excellent communication and an ability to build rapport with clients is essential.Your commitment to understanding their business goals and tailoring strategies accordingly aligns with our dedication to client-centric success.RequirementsDedicated Workspace: Ability to work from a productive,professional environment free from distractions.High-Speed Internet: Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless video conferencing and data-heavy tasks.
