Buscamos un Staff Android Engineer capaz de liderar el desacoplamiento total de nuestra arquitectura. No solo buscamos a alguien que escriba código, sino a un arquitecto que diseñe la estrategia para que nuestros módulos sean verdaderamente independientes, reutilizables y escalables.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Liderar la transición de una arquitectura acoplada hacia un modelo de Micro-apps, permitiendo que unidades de negocio operen de forma independiente.
  • Optimización de Build System: Refinar configuraciones complejas de Gradle para mejorar tiempos de compilación en proyectos de gran escala.
  • Definición de Arquitectura: Establecer los estándares de Clean Architecture, MVVM y Jetpack Compose que regirán los nuevos módulos.
  • Guiar al equipo Senior en la implementación de patrones de inyección de dependencias y navegación entre módulos.

  • Historial comprobable trabajando en aplicaciones de gran escala con arquitecturas altamente modulares.
  • Experto en Kotlin, Coroutines y Jetpack Compose.
  • Deep Dive en Gradle: Experiencia avanzada manejando dependencias complejas y optimización de builds.
  • Mentalidad de Plataforma: Entender cómo desacoplar lógica de negocio de componentes core para facilitar el "spin-off" de nuevas apps.
