Tu rol y responsabilidades
En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de implementar estrategias de marketing de productos alineadas con la estrategia global de productos en el área asignada para cumplir con los objetivos comerciales. Cada día, llevarás a cabo actividades de marketing y apoyarás a la organización de Ventas en el impulso de ventas y servicios para los productos correspondientes. También demostrarás tu experiencia al mejorar la eficiencia de ventas proporcionando información adecuada sobre los productos y capacitación.

El modelo de trabajo para el rol es: Hibrido

Este rol contribuye a la estrategia de marketing de la unidad de negocio Electrification Distribution solutions (media tensión). Los principales interesados son {insertar grupos de interés principales si están disponibles}.

Serás principalmente responsable de:

  • Implementar la estrategia de marketing de productos en el área/segmento asignado, incluyendo la definición y comunicación de las propuestas de valor y el posicionamiento del producto de acuerdo con la estrategia global de marketing de productos.
  • Alcanzar los objetivos y presupuestos de marketing de productos supervisando regularmente el progreso y definiendo e implementando planes de mejora según sea necesario.
  • Enfocarte en el logro de pedidos y en impulsar la mejora continua del Índice de Promotores Netos (NPS).
  • Ejecutar el plan de marketing anual en colaboración con la división y/o grupos de productos relevantes.
  • Desarrollar planes de negocio enfocados en impulsar el desarrollo comercial para un mercado definido.

Calificaciones para el rol

  • Formación académica en Ingenieria eléctrica, electromecánica o carreras a fines
  • Conocimiento en Relees
  • Dominio de idioma ingles
  • Experiencia dando capacitación sobre productos.
  • Disponibilidad de viajar
