Sales & Marketing Team Lead

At TP, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Team Lead who manages and develops a team of assigned agents to meet and exceed performance targets, maximize productivity, assure quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction, and other key operational metrics by providing guidance, support, and education.
What you'll do
- Conduct regular monitoring of handled contacts by the team, providing feedback, coaching, and education to ensure Agents meet minimum client requirements.
- Proactively maintain and deliver required service levels while maximizing team productivity to achieve operational margins.
- Provide real-time support to Agents facing difficulties on calls and professionally handle escalated irate or upset customer inquiries when necessary.
- Program and coach agents on calls, chats, emails, or ticket handling based on account requirements, adjusting workload as needed for product updates or client needs.
- Communicate quarterly strategies and monthly/weekly priorities clearly to agents, adjusting messaging to different audiences (agents, Ops Managers, clients) with concise communication.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital ad sales or customer-facing sales roles, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Possesses solid understanding of digital advertising platforms such as PPC, SEM, Display, and Native ads.
- Is familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) and basic reporting tools.
- Demonstrates high levels of proactivity, ownership, and autonomy in managing teams.
- Thrives in client-facing situations, communicating clearly and confidently with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Understands the importance of aligning learning strategies with business and operational goals.
