Compensation: USD $1,500 – $1,900 / month (DOE)
We are a growing, globally minded legal team seeking a Employment Litigation Paralegal experienced in California employment litigation to manage case calendars, draft pleadings, and maintain organized documentation for active litigation matters. You'll work closely with attorneys to ensure filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with California procedural rules.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on precision, structure, and reliability in a fast-paced legal environment.
You will:
- Draft, proof, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions with absolute accuracy.
- Manage case deadlines, hearings, and reminders using MyCase or similar systems.
- Maintain structured document workflows and case records.
- Coordinate with legal teams to track case progress and deliverables.
- Submit weekly updates to confirm status and task completion.
- 3+ years of experience in California litigation support or paralegal work.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with MyCase software for case management.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Proven record of drafting court documents and managing filings per CA procedural rules.
- Available to work full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST.
- Reliable wired internet connection (min 25 Mbps) with backup option.
Compensation & Perks
- Monthly USD $1,500 – $1,900 / month (DOE).
