About the Role

We're looking for a
Bilingual Accounting Analysts
to join our team in
Bogotá

You'll play a key role supporting accounting operations such as
billing, invoicing, accounts payable, or accounts receivable
for one of our international clients.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with a solid accounting background and strong English communication skills who are looking to grow their career in a global environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process
    billing and invoicing
    transactions.
  • Support
    accounts payable
    and
    accounts receivable
    cycles, ensuring timely and accurate posting of entries.
  • Reconcile statements, track payments, and resolve discrepancies with vendors or customers.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and maintain organized financial documentation.
  • Communicate with U.S.-based teams to clarify financial information or resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience
    in accounting processes (Billing, Invoicing, AP, or AR).
  • English level: B2 or higher
    (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
