The professional will be configuring and supporting Servicenow ITSM / ITAM (HAM / SAM) applications and maintain and support the implementation. This person will work very closely with IT Process Architect, IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ITOM / ITAM Modules of ServiceNow.

The general scope of the work for this position is as follows:
Experience of ITOM suite (CMDB /Discovery) within ServiceNow

Experience of ITAM suite (HAM / SAM) within ServiceNow

Complete understanding & hands-on expertise of CMDB data model with experience in extending CMDB data model for requirements.

Understands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow and understands the workflow engines

Uses Mid server, webservices, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with Service Now.

Define and implement ITOM / ITAM and CMDB best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning with industry standards and ITIL processes.

Familiarity with ITIL processes/best practices for ITOM/CMDB/CSDM

Experience in designing/developing ServiceNow Tables/Fields/Forms/Access Controls/Business Rules/ACLs/Client Scripts/UI Policies/UI Macros/UI Scripts/Catalog Forms/etc

Advanced english is a must
