The Role
We are looking for motivated
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
to join our team. As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our client campaigns—building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving business growth.
This is a
full-time, Monday to Friday
role where you'll gain hands-on experience in sales development and be part of a collaborative, results-driven team.
Responsibilities
- Manage outreach campaigns using
HubSpot
and
Google Workspace
tools. - Conduct
cold calls
to prospective clients with professionalism and persistence. - Send
personalized cold emails
to engage and nurture leads. - Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate activity records and update CRM data in real-time.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an SDR, telemarketing, or lead generation role is a plus (but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and resilience in making high-volume cold calls.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-player mindset.
