The Online Reputation Specialist will help to move our business forward to create dynamic digital experiences that drives leads. The Corporate Digital Marketing team is like a start-up within a 90+ year old company that continues to expand service offerings globally. We are in the midst of digital transformation, unifying our regions and digital properties on Sitecore using enterprise tools such as Yext. It's an exciting time to be a part of our Corporate Digital Marketing team.

As an Online Reputation Manager on our Digital Experience team, you will work under the Global Director of SEO, SEM, and ORM as a member of our Corporate Digital team. Together our goal is to help execute the global online PR strategies to drive engagement and leads on our digital properties across multiple brands. With the SEO and content teams, you will help unify brand messaging and content opportunities across different directory and review platforms and run reports and tell a story thru data to continually enhance and improve the customer's digital experience.

You're proactive, comfortable managing several concurrent projects, take responsibility and prioritize your work. A self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as on the project team. You have demonstrated experience with enterprise level online reputation management experience that will help guide our development team.

You'll work under the Global Director, SEO/SEM/ORM taking direction to help manage online reputation for Gallagher's digital properties across multiple channels - and provide reporting to show engagement gains as well as content opportunities.

As part of a global digital team, you're flexible to meet via conference call with global stakeholders. You'll work with their agencies to understand their strategies and look for opportunities to bring projects inside vs an agency. You have a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing experience as well.

• Assist in implementing technical, local and enterprise level online reputation strategies and campaigns.
• Work with the SEO Team to optimize location information across Google and other major search engines and location websites.
• Conduct reputation audits and listening to identify opportunities
• Identify traffic and lead acquisition opportunities, as well as opportunities to improve the customer experience and journey.
• Build and maintain a strategy for monitoring and managing feedback on all online directory and review sites, and search engine business sites
• Track and report key performance metrics as directed
• Maintain listings on search engines, online directories, and ratings/review sites
• Work with multiple team members to accomplish goals of digital experience team
• Assist in managing and updating locations listings in Google, Bing and other key search engines.
• Support the Global Director with additional strategy implementation.
• Participate in new tool scoping and implementations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of vendor tools such as Yext, BirdEye, TrustPilot, Brand Watch, SEMRush and more
• Ability to identify opportunities using data and backup recommendations.
• Familiarity with managing multiple location listings in Google.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work across global time zones
• Experience working with analytics like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
• Critical thinking and able to solve problems and propose solutions
• Strong analytics skills - data-driven to measure the effectiveness and story teller with the data
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining relationships
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Conduct competitive analyses
• Stays current with industry trends, best practices and shares with team

Your Background:

• 3+ Years working with Online Reputation Management within a global organization
• Strong skillset for review feedback and management
• Excellent communication skills with experience providing solutions to problems.
• Knowledge of industry tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google My Business, Yelp, Trust Pilot, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical expertise and storytelling thru data / creating insights from data
