The Project Executive / Senior Project Executive will support the CEO Office in managing strategic projects that advance organisational priorities, including governance, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures timely delivery of projects, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with the mission and development goals of Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore). The Senior Project Executive will take on greater autonomy, lead complex projects, and contribute to organisational development strategies.

Job Description:

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned projects from initiation to completion.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and risks; prepare progress reports for leadership.
  • Ensure projects align with organisational priorities and compliance standards.

Governance & Compliance

  • Support policy reviews, audits, and risk management initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing governance frameworks and internal controls.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as liaison between CEO Office, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for project success.

Organisational Development & Special Assignments

  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen organisational capacity and sustainability.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning and transformation projects.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Project Executive

  • Lead complex projects with minimal supervision and mentor junior team members.
  • Represent CEO Office in high-level stakeholder meetings and working groups.
  • Drive process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Healthcare Management, Non-Profit Management or related field.
  • For Project Executive: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • For Senior Project Executive: 6–8 years of experience, with demonstrated leadership in projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore non-profit sector and local charity landscape.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
  • Alignment with the mission, values and principles of Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore).
