Our 120-person team of creatives, producers, strategists, and analysts delivers thousands of high-performance videos every week for top fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global creative network, we're scaling faster than ever—and we need a 3D Editor who can translate our ambitious vision into photorealistic, high-performance 3D content.

At High Scale, every asset is a high-velocity mission—where visual fidelity, speed, and audience-obsession determine success. As a 3D Editor, you'll be the creative force bringing products and concepts to life in ways that live-action can't. You'll build stunning worlds, create photorealistic product renders, and deliver high-performance 3D assets that stop the scroll and drive results.

What You'll Do

1. Execute High-Impact 3D Production Model, texture, light, and animate high-quality 3D assets and scenes daily, utilizing industry-leading software (Blender, C4D, Maya) and rendering engines for various digital platforms.
2. Collaborate & Integrate Feedback Work and integrate feedback with the creative team to brainstorm and develop compelling 3D assets and motion graphics for performance ads.
3. Master Post-Production & Finishing Render 3D scenes and composite them with 2D graphics or live-action footage to create polished, finalized video content, ensuring all assets align with client objectives.
4. Manage & Organize 3D Workflow Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain and organize all 3D files, projects, textures, and assets in a streamlined manner.
5. Stay Ahead of Trends Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and techniques in 3D design, motion graphics, social media, and performance advertising, applying insights to your work.

Who You Are

• A Proven 3D Generalist - 3–5 years of 3D design and animation experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing product visualization, motion graphics, or performance ad content.
• Technically Proficient & Artistically Skilled - Expert proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) and a strong grasp of animation principles, modeling, lighting, and texturing. Bonus: Experience with rendering engines (like Redshift, Octane, or V-Ray) is a plus.
• A Strong Communicator - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You are clear, concise, and collaborative in a remote environment.
• Collaborative & Creative - You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and bring innovative 3D concepts to the table. You have a genuine enthusiasm for 3D technology and social media.
• Adaptable & Detail-Obsessed - You are a self-starter who drives projects forward independently. You have a keen eye for quality, photorealism, and meticulous attention to detail.
