The Position
We are hiring a Mid-Level Visual Designer to support our design team in executing and scaling our visual work across marketing, sales, and brand touchpoints. This role focuses on translating established direction into high-quality design outputs across multiple formats and channels.

As the Mid-Level Visual Designer you will work closely with senior team members to produce consistent, polished assets that help bring our brand to life and support business goals. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in execution, cares deeply about craft and consistency, and can move quickly within defined systems.

What You'll Be Doing
Design Execution

• Execute visual designs in alignment with established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Produce high-quality visual assets across marketing, sales, and internal channels, including sales decks, one-pagers, PDFs, social graphics, infographics, display ads, and presentations.
• Redesign, refresh, and maintain existing assets to ensure consistency with evolving brand standards.
• Deliver final, production-ready files optimized for their intended format, channel, and audience.

Design Systems & Brand Support

• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and components to support scalable, efficient design execution.
• Apply strong layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy principles to ensure clarity and consistency across all deliverables.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners to refine work through structured feedback.
• Support fast-turn design requests while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Work effectively with distributed teams, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and smooth handoffs.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in Visual and UI Design.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience producing marketing and brand assets across web, email, sales collateral, events, and campaigns.
• Deep experience executing designs within established brand guidelines, templates, and design systems, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable using Google Slides and Canva.
• Solid background in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and design consistency, with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback to deliver polished, production-ready work.
• Practical experience managing multiple design requests while balancing speed, quality, and consistency in a distributed team environment.
• Knowledgeable in preparing final, production-ready files for multiple formats and channels.
• Motion, light animation, or illustration experience for marketing or brand content is a plus.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.

• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
