Asistente Administrativo y Financiero
para apoyar los procesos administrativos y financieros de la compañía, contribuyendo al orden, control y eficiencia de la operación.
Objetivo del cargo
Brindar soporte en la gestión administrativa y financiera, asegurando el correcto manejo de la información y el cumplimiento de los procesos internos.
Funciones principales
- Apoyo en procesos administrativos y financieros.
- Manejo de facturación y control de cuentas por pagar y por cobrar.
- Organización y gestión de documentación administrativa y contable.
- Apoyo en procesos básicos de nómina y gestión de personal.
- Seguimiento a proveedores y apoyo a la gerencia administrativa.
- Elaboración de reportes básicos e indicadores de apoyo.
Requisitos
- Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante en Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas o áreas afines.
- Experiencia mínima de un (1) año en cargos similares.
- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel.
- Organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
Condiciones del cargo
- Tipo de contrato: Prestación de servicios.
- Honorarios: $ mensuales.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes.
- Modalidad: Presencial.
- Ubicación: Bogotá.
