Tu rol en Vantive :

Asegurar la eficiencia en los procesos encomendados dentro de la cadena de suministros siendo parte integral de la operación y manejando la comunicación directa con los proveedores hacer cumplir con los parámetros establecidos y las funciones propias de proceso encargado, cumpliendo con las políticas, procedimientos y actividades asignadas.

Tu equipo Vantive:

  • Estamos comprometidos con ayudarlo a superar los nuevos desafíos y oportunidades en la parte logística.

Lo que realizarás en Vantive:

  • Monitorear los indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) de acuerdo con el proceso asignado en las diferentes reuniones con los proveedores.
  • Recolectar información que facilite la toma de decisiones y mejoramiento continuo.
  • Administrar data referente a recepción, almacenamiento, acondicionamiento, despachos y cualquier otro proceso que intervienen en la operación.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento y control del inventario siendo parte del proceso como veedores y auditories internos de todos los procesos a cargo.
  • Utilizar herramientas de gestión de almacenes para dar seguimiento a tareas y cumplimientos de las tareas encomendadas al operador de almacenamiento.
  • Administrar inventario de suministros propios de la operación.
  • Diligenciar documentación propia del puesto y llevar el control de archivo y manejo de actividades relacionadas con el almacén.
  • Colaborar con otros sectores de la Empresa, Comercial, Planeación, Servicio al Cliente, Transportes, Calidad, EHS, Compras y otras para garantizar el flujo eficiente de productos.

Lo que aportarás a Vantive

  • Pregrado en carreras como Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Logística o equivalente Supply Chain, Cadena de Suministros, Gestión de materiales, Procesos de recepción y almacenamiento. Con experiencia de 2 años en Supply Chain, Logística, Almacenaje.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de resolución de problemas, gestión de calidad y mejoramiento de procesos.
  • Conocimientos en ERP.
  • Conocimientos deseables en herramientas de análisis de datos de BI
