  • Partner, facilitate, and support IT functions related to Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery, performance Metrics, and lead cost saving initiatives by collaboratively working with key business and IT leaders
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting and reporting for assigned areas and assist in meeting all financial commitments and goals.
  • Analyze new IT initiatives and determine financial business issues that require special analysis.
  • Manage and lead IT Infrastructure annual planning, budgeting processes and headcount formulation
  • Ensure operational data synchronization with regional  financial statements while ensuring overall data integrity
  • Meet with the process owners and knowledge experts for Technology business processes
  • Assist with risk assessment analyses and valuations for the current business processes new processes and system implementations
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial direction to management regarding budget preparation and conducting formal presentations as required.
  • Continually evaluate processes to improve overall financial reporting and analysis and drive implementation.
  • Work closely with internal customers to provide transparency on technology expenses and services (SLA) through  Monthly reports.
  • Review and manage all cost allocation methodologies and their impact on Product Profitability, aligned with  FP&L regional / platforms
  • Work with IT technical resources to develop policies, procedures and systems to support IT cost accounting
