The
Marketing Intern
will support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives that align with the organization's goals. This role offers hands-on experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including employee engagement, content creation, analytics, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop engaging content.
  • Organize and update databases using tools such as
    Excel
    ,
    Mailchimp
    , and
    Populo
    .
  • Support the design and implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards with data and analysis
    on communication performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, including
    town halls
    ,
    team-building events
    , and other internal activations.
  • Support logistics and coordination for office-related activities.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a
    bachelor's degree program
    in
    Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum
    B2 level of English
    (validated through Versant)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
    Spanish and English
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
  • Ability to
    prioritize and manage multiple projects
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of
    Excel
    ,
    Power BI
    , and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and
    Google Workspace
    .
  • Experience with design and multimedia tools such as
    Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut
    .
  • Understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.
  • People-oriented, with the ability to interact and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
