LatAm - Senior Developer

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Developer to join our team located LatAm.

As a Senior Developer, you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including effort estimation, technical design, workflow and activity implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of Temporal-based solutions for our clients. As a key member of a collaborative team, you will work under the guidance of Solution Architects and Technical Leads, contributing to the development of scalable and resilient systems using Temporal.

• Participate in the design and development of scalable, event-driven and resilient applications using Temporal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and support materials.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in existing workflows and systems.
• Support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to distributed systems and orchestration frameworks.

• Solid experience in a senior-level software development role.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using
• Proven experience building scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
• Comfortable working in Agile and collaborative team environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
