SocialKit is a product-led SaaS that helps B2B teams turn LinkedIn into a scalable employee-advocacy channel.

We're hiring a part-time Founding Marketer to build our inbound growth from zero and grow into the long-term General Manager of SocialKit.

We're finishing our beta at the end of this year and launching publicly on January 15.

You'll start part-time (10h/week, $1,000/month) with the clear goal of taking SocialKit to $5k MRR. At that point, this role transitions into a full-time position ($4,000/month base + 10% profit participation) with full commercial ownership as the GM of SocialKit

Tasks

You own inbound growth for SocialKit end-to-end. LinkedIn is your #1 acquisition channel.

Your main levers:

  • Organic LinkedIn content on your own profile
  • LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads
  • LinkedIn creator & influencer collaborations
  • BOFU SEO (alternatives, comparisons, use cases)

You own everything before signup:

  • Content, ads, and website copy
  • Lead magnets and acquisition assets
  • Conversion optimization of the signup flow
Requirements

You are a strong fit if you have been one of the following:

  • Founding or first marketer at a SaaS
  • Growth or content lead with direct responsibility for signups and revenue
  • A LinkedIn content creator who has turned content into leads, pipeline, or customers
  • A visible creator with a proven track record of building reach and trust through consistent posting

You are strong in:

  • LinkedIn content creation, distribution, and audience building
  • Demand creation through your own content and founder-led content
  • High-intent SEO
  • Basic paid acquisition and LinkedIn Ads
  • Funnel thinking and experimentation
  • Clear, direct writing for founders and decision-makers

You are comfortable doing customer calls and recording video content, and you have native-level or near-native English fluency (spoken and written).

Benefits

Compensation & Long-Term Upside:

This role is designed for someone who wants to build and grow with the product, not just "do a job."

Phase 1 – Part-time (Launch Phase)

  • 10 hours per week
  • $1,000 per month
  • 10% profit participation

Clear goal: take SocialKit to $5k MRR

Phase 2 – Full-time (at $5k MRR)

  • 40 hours per week
  • $4,000 base salary per month
  • 10% profit participation

Long-term role with full ownership as GM and growing SocialKit to $1M ARR.
