Lulo Bank está buscando un/a Motion Graphic Designer
para la creación
de contenido audiovisual que impulse la adquisición de nuevos usuarios y fortalezca nuestra presencia de marca en el competitivo ecosistema Fintech. Tu misión será transformar conceptos financieros en historias visuales atractivas y persuasivas, diseñadas para capturar, educar y convertir a nuestra audiencia objetivo a través de canales digitales.

Serás responsable de conceptualizar y ejecutar piezas de video y animación que no solo se vean increíbles, sino que también generen resultados medibles para el negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Conceptualizar y producir
    contenido de motion graphics de alta calidad para campañas de marketing digital, incluyendo anuncios para redes sociales (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), videos explicativos, animaciones para nuestra app y material para pauta digital.
  • Traducir
    la propuesta de valor y los atributos de nuestros productos financieros en narrativas visuales claras, sencillas y memorables.
  • Garantizar
    que todo el contenido audiovisual sea coherente con la identidad y los lineamientos de la marca Lulo Bank, manteniendo una estética moderna, limpia e innovadora.
  • Colaborar
    estrechamente con el equipo de marketing, copywriters, diseñadores gráficos y otros stakeholders para asegurar la cohesión y el impacto de cada campaña.
  • Adaptar y optimizar
    las piezas de video para los diferentes formatos y especificaciones de cada plataforma digital, buscando siempre el máximo rendimiento.


¿Qué buscamos?

  • Título profesional en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Audiovisual, Animación Digital, Publicidad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años como
    Motion Graphic Designer
    , con un
    portafolio sólido y creativo
    que demuestre tu talento en animación 2D/3D y edición de video.
  • Dominio avanzado de la Suite de Adobe, con un nivel experto en
    After Effects y Premiere Pro
    , y alto manejo de
    Illustrator y Photoshop
    .
  • Habilidad excepcional para el
    storytelling visual
    : eres capaz de comunicar mensajes complejos de forma simple, memorable y atractiva.
  • Profundo conocimiento del ecosistema de redes sociales, especialmente
    TikTok e Instagram
    , y de los formatos de video que generan mayor impacto en cada plataforma.
  • Una
    mentalidad orientada a resultados (Growth Mindset)
    . Creas contenido para que impulse la adquisición de usuarios, no solo para que se vea bien.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con fechas de entrega en un entorno de trabajo ágil y de ritmo rápido.
  • Eres una fuente de
    ideas frescas y proactivas
    . Te encanta proponer nuevos conceptos y formas de conectar con la audiencia.
  • Disfrutas del
    trabajo en equipo
    y colaboras de cerca con copywriters, diseñadores y el equipo de marketing para lograr resultados extraordinarios.
  • Experiencia previa en agencias de publicidad, startups o empresas del sector fintech es un gran plus.
  • Conocimiento en software 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender) te hará destacar.
