We're seeking a Payroll & Data Entry Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations while supporting employees and leadership. This role combines data entry, wage conversion, payroll processing, and report generation—all critical to compliance and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Perform accurate data entry for payroll and related processes
  • Convert wages and maintain payroll records
  • Process payroll entries and generate reports as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data
  • Provide customer service support for payroll inquiries
  • Create SOPs for new processes and ensure error‑free payroll execution
  • Handle special payroll tasks (bonus payrolls, year‑end adjustments)
  • Execute tasks in ADP RUN, including:
  • Adding new hires
  • Using paycheck calculator
  • Processing bonus payrolls
  • Adding overrides and one‑time deductions
  • Managing profile vs. payroll changes

Skills & Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • 1–3 years of payroll experience (ADP RUN a plus)
  • Prior office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Windows PC environment with accurate data entry/keyboarding skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, CSVs, data manipulation)
  • Comfortable with multiple payroll and HR technology platforms

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Clear communication and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident English communication (C1 level)
