Operations Specialist

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks efficiently. This is a fully remote position, and you will collaborate with multiple team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Experience in home services or real estate is highly preferred.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

• Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports as needed.

• Research topics, compile data, and create presentations or project summaries.

• Maintain and update databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

• Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.

• Provide support for virtual meetings, including scheduling, agenda management, and taking meeting minutes.

• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Specialist, or in a similar administrative/coordination role.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong follow-up and follow-through on assignments.

• Experience in home services or real estate is highly preferred. 

Position: Operations Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: 1000 USD USD per month
