Travel:
~10–20% across the region (including rural/field visits).

Your Role

As an Investment Analyst, you will help build and manage our sustainable food and agriculture portfolio across Latin America, turning promising opportunities into well-structured investments and well-supported portfolio companies. Day to day you will research markets and value chains, perform comprehensive financial analysis, and monitor portfolio companies to understand their performance, identify trends, and interpret data to support strategic initiatives. You will prepare clear financial reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and the Investment Committee, track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, and assist in the preparation of Investment Committee memos, supporting transaction closings while maintaining close oversight of portfolio performance, risks, covenants, and impact KPIs. Collaboration is essential: you will work closely with global colleagues across ESG/Risk, Legal, and Operations, and occasionally visit the field to gain first-hand insight into on-the-ground realities.

Your Profile

You bring 2–4 years in investment banking, project/structured finance, agribusiness finance, development finance, or strategy consulting with a strong finance track. You're comfortable with three-statement analysis, cash-flow modelling, sensitivities and covenant logic, and you can translate analysis into crisp, decision-ready memos. You understand value chains, business models and their risks, write clearly, and communicate well with internal and external parties. Fluent Spanish and English are required; Portuguese is a plus. Curiosity, ownership, and a genuine motivation for impact investing matter as much as your technical skills.
