We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment. This role demands a strategic thinker who combines exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills with hands-on experience in technology integration, data validation, and AI-driven process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of transforming challenges into successful outcomes through leadership, technical fluency, and a relentless focus on business impact.

Responsibilities

Agile & Project Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end delivery by creating and maintaining timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned to strategic objectives. 

  • Leverage Jira, Azure DevOps, and custom dashboards/performance reports to manage backlogs, track progress.

  • Expertly apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches based on project needs, facilitating ceremonies, managing delivery cadence and adapting frameworks to optimize outcomes.

  • Leverage tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and custom dashboards to manage backlogs, track progress, customize workflows and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Ensure creative, technical, and production standards meet client and team expectations across all deliverables.

  • Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and own change request processes to protect scope, schedule, and quality.

Technology & Integration

  • Partner with development and data teams to understand solution limitations, validate data, and provide technical insights/reporting using SQL when needed. 

  • Offer creative and technical insights, as well as identify and implement AI-driven automation and forecasting opportunities, to enhance performance & efficiency. 

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, negotiating scope, timelines, and resources to align priorities and outcomes.

  • Own project budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and lead estimation using velocity and complexity analysis for accurate forecasting.
  • Identify, procure, and manage external vendors when required, partnering with legal and procurement teams to ensure contract compliance. 

Client Engagement

Lead strategic pursuits seamlessly transitioning from solution shaping and proposal development to delivery leadership and client engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • 7+ years leading technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with exceptional attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working directly with creative teams and development engineers to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Familiarity with AI tools, web/ mobile technologies and their application in delivery workflows.

  • Technical fluency across systems.

  • PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) preferred.
