Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and operating technical equipment for continuous or live productions
Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment while troubleshooting and escalating issues when needed
Provide regular updates to supervisors about equipment status and technical concerns
Follow safety standards and industry regulations to ensure compliant operations
Coordinate with other technical teams to integrate systems for seamless workflows
Maintain accurate logs of equipment use and stay informed on emerging technologies

Requirements

Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Experience in studio, production, or live event technical operations
Ability to read and follow technical plans and instructions
Knowledge of safety standards and operational best practices
Ability to troubleshoot under pressure in fast-paced environments
Strong teamwork and clear communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Availability for varied shifts, including nights and weekends
Familiarity with software/tools used in technical operations
Technical certification or formal training (AV, electrical, electronics, production tech, etc.)
