About Us

A growing Landscaping company is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic team If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for outdoor design, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients to promote our landscaping services, we'd love to have you on board

Responsibilities

Phone & Sales
● Answer inbound calls, texts, and voicemails during business hours (Pacific Time).
● Follow our call flow to qualify: service type, urgency, property details, decision maker, budget, and timing.
● Convert calls to scheduled visits (recurring gardening, cleanups, irrigation repair, etc.) and place them on the schedule/board.

CRM & Admin
● Create/update customer profiles in CopilotCRM (and lead board) with complete, clean data.
● Tag lead source (CallRail), service area, service line, and status; attach notes, photos, and estimate links.
● Maintain daily dashboards (Marketing Funnel Tracker): new leads, booked jobs, conversion rate, revenue booked, and CAC by channel.

Quality & Process
● Use checklists and scripts; suggest improvements to FAQs, objections handling, and templates.
● Protect customer data privacy and follow internal SOPs.

Requirements
● 2+ years in phone-based sales or customer service, ideally in home services
(landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
● Proven conversion skills with objection handling and value-based selling.
● Strong written/spoken English; Spanish bilingual is a strong plus for San Diego County.
● Fast, accurate data entry; confident with CRMs and Google Workspace.
● Organized, calm under pressure, and friendly on the phone.
