You will guide prospective residents through the entire rental journey, deliver world-class communication, and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:Leasing Execution
Own the leasing cycle from marketing and scheduling tours to executing lease agreements.
Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
Build long-term relationships with prospective tenants through consistent follow-up.
Operational Excellence
Use Aptly daily to manage tasks, property activities, tenant stages, tours, and applications.
Maintain precise organization across properties, key control, scheduling, and documentation.
Prepare all leasing contracts and ensure accuracy throughout the verification process.
Compliance & Standards
Understand and uphold Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
Maintain knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities.
Ensure all leasing processes meet internal compliance standards.
2 plus years of sales or customer service experience; leasing experience is a strong plus.
Strong CRM experience and comfort managing multiple concurrent workflows.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
