We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with a passion for mobile application development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing robust mobile applications and a history of successfully shipping applications to production on both iOS and Android platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects with global clients. You will be joining a team of skilled professionals driving innovative and impactful solutions.

• Design and develop high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into new features.
• Focus on optimizing application performance to guarantee a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues throughout the entire mobile stack.
• Actively participate in the mobile app release cycle, including app store submission.
• Applies common design patterns and best practices, contributes to coding standards, participates in code reviews, and ensures engineering best practices across multiple projects.
• Quickly learns new technologies, stays updated with the latest advancements and industry trends.
• Communicates with other disciplines, teammates, and stakeholders to resolve issues, clearly presents architectural designs.
• Ensures that code is tested properly by self and others, and troubleshoots and resolves technical issues to ensure the reliability and scalability of systems.
• Understands the fundamentals of security as code across the code base on all projects where they are driving the solution architecture.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with React Native development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Experience building high fidelity, themeable UIs with modern styling systems (Nativewind, Tamagui, or similar)
• Experience deploying native applications and CI/CD pipeline tooling used to orchestrate them (Codepush, Appcenter, Testflight, iOS and Android app stores).
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX or similar).
• Experience with Expo SDK and EAS (deployments, publishing, etc)
• Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Detox), native module development, performance profiling tools, push notifications (Airship), deep linking.
• Familiarity with one or more of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with mobile payment integration (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe) and in-app purchase implementations is highly desired.
• Leverage modern development tools, including AI-powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot), to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience and its importance to the final delivered solution.
